Appalachian Gallery
Ralph Waldo Emerson once wrote that ?The Landscape belongs to the man who looks at it?. ?? Our desire at Appalachian Gallery is to provide?to those who will take the time to look and enjoy?a world of landscape beauty that can be yours through fine art paintings, photos, and affordable digital prints. The owner, Gailon Morisette, has worked in the graphic arts field for over 30 years, both as entrepreneur and as consultant to a local in-plant printing department. During those years he has done advertising design, artwork, and full-color computer graphic design work for large and small companies. His continuing hobbies for many years have been landscape photography and watercolor painting, and he has accumulated a large portfolio of photos from which to choose. That portfolio of photographs, both film and digital, forms the basis for Appalachian Gallery?s Digital PhotoPrints. In addition, Digital Prints and Giclee Prints are offered from his own watercolor paintings, as well as those of other talented artists. You?re invited to enter our Gallery and enjoy our view of the beauty of Appalachia and other areas of nature around our beautiful country. Our Fine Art Prints and Digital PhotoPrints are printed with the latest technology in Epson printers and Digital Color Laser printers on quality, acid-free, specialty papers for long life and durability. Each print is Double Matted with high-quality acid-free Crescent matboard in custom coordinated colors. Standard sizes are as follows: 8x11 ? double matted to 11x14 ? $49.00; 12x16 ? double matted to 16x20 ? $79.00; Shipping and handling is free.
