WynnDcorp Commission Policy:

It is our policy to share CO Broker earned commission equally on commissions in the amount of $5000 and more. WynnDcorp generally does not recognize 'Referrals', except when the commission is less then $5000 or when third Realtors are involved. We invite other Brokers to send their Customers to us and we will show our properties to your customers. If we sell our listing to your customer we agree to equally split the commission with you. We expect the same in reverse. Time is important to Realtors. We have learned this method is more effective time management, plus, in most States, unlicensed Realtors cannot enter that State to show property. We believe the Buyer and the Seller carry equal value in creating a successful sale. It takes both for a successful sale. Therefore we feel our policy is fair to all parties. We acknowledge the right all Brokers have to determine their policies in the best interest of their clients.
