Firefly Farm is a market farm using sustainable methods to cultivate about 2 acres of diverse crops. We also have a small laying flock, and 100% grass-fed Devon beef cattle. We will have beef available in the fall of 2009. Our young heirloom apple orchard will begin producing some years from now. We also produce herbs and cut flowers, sell to local restaurants and to a grocery in Asheville.
