All Payments made by the Guest shall be deposited in an escrow account with Gomountains, LLC. Disclosure is hereby given, In accordance with North Carolina law, that the agent escrow account is not interest bearing.
Reservations CANNOT be transferred to another person. Party paying for the reservation must be one of the guests staying in the rental.
CLEANING FEE
A Cleaning Fee of $35 will be added.
OTHER CHARGES AND FEES:
A Fee of $35 will be charged for all returned checks.
All reservations incur 7.5% NC Sales Tax.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:
Cancellations made at least 31 days prior to arrival will be refunded any payments made, minus a $50 Cancellation Fee.
All changes made at least 31 days prior to arrival will incur a $10 Change Fee. The full amount is non-refundable for cancellations made within 31 days of arrival, unless we are able to re-rent the property for the same time period or any portion of dates as your original reservation.
A home that is unacceptable to the guest is considered a cancellation. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure.
Gomountains,. LLC is not responsible for the weather or other Acts of God and there will be no refunds for damages resulting from said events.
PET POLICY:
No pets allowed.
