We also offer a short interview session that can be turned into an affordable meaningful and interesting documentation of one's life. This is an amazing gift to give to your parents, yourself and your kids. It keeps us intact with our past and creates a sense of belonging. It gives us a solid foundation to grow from and it helps us to live our lives with greater understanding. How can you be without knowing where you?ve been? Or, as Kierkegaard put it "Life can only be understood backwards". Recording a personal history is also therapeutic. The life review process has been shown to lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, lower levels of depression and increase problem-solving skills and self-esteem.
