I can remember being drawn to jewelry as a small child. I guess it
was partly the warm glow of metals, but mostly it was the intricacy of design that grabbed
my attention and never let me go.
Jewelry is my second career in life, and I've been at it for the past 11
years. I put my energy and spirit into a small wearable object. I've
done that by combining metals (sterling, copper and gold) with gemstones into adornment
that take the mind back to prior civilizations.
I live and work in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.
The beauty and history of this area are a constant inspiration to me. |
