Greenhouse tomatoes are a specialty at New Moon Herbs Organic Farm. This is a real treat for the CSA members because they can get vine ripened tomatoes in May and June before anyone else has them.
This is our young crop of European cucumbers that will be ready in two weeks. These cucumbers are prized because they're seedless and do not have to be peeled.

This is our hardneck garlic crop for the 2002 saeson....plenty for everyone.
Our strawberry plants should be producing red, sweet berries by the middle of May. This is another favorite of our CSA members.
These are our first greens of the season. Collards, red and green kale and rainbow chard start the year off.
