Rent A Computer Tech officially offered its service in December 2003.
Rent A Computer Tech not only provides individualized services for residents of the Asheville, NC area but also for service contracts with companies that need to outsource a technical installation. John H. Morrison founder and owner of Rent A Computer Tech is a CompTIA IT professional member as well as having both CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certification. Realizing that most people were fed up with poor customer support and the current high cost of hiring a personal computer technician he saw a need for creating friendly low cost custom solutions for his neighbors in the Asheville area.
John H. Morrison is a native citizen of Buncombe County having grown up in Asheville, NC. After graduating from Asheville High School with honors and NC Scholar status he gained a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University in December 1997. Having reached a plateau in the Industrial Engineer career path he turned his attention to computers and proceeded to become CompTIA A+ and Network + certified.
